A fairly vigorous Boysenberry (cross between a Raspberry and a Blackberry) with no thorns. It flowers white in the spring, coming to an early crop around December-January. The berries are a dark purple, big and juicy. Great in the garden alongside other later fruiting berries, so you can keep the delicious fruit coming all summer!
Best eaten fresh, either straight off the plant or in salads, or desserts. However, they're also wonderful in jams and other preserves.
