A native creeping Fuchsia, Fuchsia Procumbens will grow around 15cm tall and cover between 60cm-1m in width. It has cute yellow flowers in spring, followed by fruits which ripen to green. Hardy, but deciduous in colder areas. Best in semi-shade.
The berries are in fact edible, though the flavour is quite mild and the texture lends itself best to preserves and jellies.
